SCC’s Source of product originates in Point Lisas, Trinidad at Methanol Holdings Trinidad Limited's (MHTL) production facilities. Trinidad has a vast resource of natural gas, the key raw material required to manufacture methanol.

Plants

Five plants are currently operating at maximum production: TTMC (2 plants), CMC and Methanol IV (MIV) and theM5000 plant.

Distribution – USA, Canada, and Mexico

We have an extensive logistics network to transport methanol from production facilities in Trinidad to our customers throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We keep our logistics costs lows while providing security of supply and superior service to our customers.

We access terminals in the following locations:

• North Carolina
• Louisiana
• Georgia
• Texas
• Mexico - Gulf Coast
• Quebec City, Canada

Methanol Transportation: Vessels, barges, pipeline transfers, railcars, tank cars and tank trucks.
